Notice: July 7th Planning Commission meeting to be held online.

PUBLIC NOTICE:  Due to the COVID-19 virus, the Lititz Borough Planning Commission meeting for July 7, 2020, will be conducted virtually utilizing Zoom, which is a cloud-based platform for remote video and audio conferencing. The Lititz Borough Council Chambers will NOT be open for this meeting. Zoom is free to the public. The general public can join the meeting by utilizing the information below.

VIA EMAIL:

            Emailed comments should be directed to [email protected].  All email comments MUST include your name and address, just as would be required if you were appearing in person. To ensure timely receipt for the meeting, comments MUST BE EMAILED NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM on Thursday, July 7, 2020. Your comments will be read into the record by the individual presiding over the meeting at the appropriate time.

VIA WRITTEN COMMENTS:

            You may drop off your public comment in the mail box located at the Lititz Borough Office, 7 S. Broad Street, Lititz PA. Written comments MUST include your name and address, just as would be required if you were appearing in person. To ensure timely receipt for the meeting, written comments MUST BE DROPPED OFF NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM on Monday, July 6, 2020. Your comments will be read into the record by the individual presiding over the meeting at the appropriate time.
