Due to the COVID-19 virus, the Lititz Borough Planning Commission meeting scheduled for May 5, 2020, will be conducted virtually utilizing Zoom, which is a cloud-based platform for remote video and audio conferencing.

The Borough Hall will NOT be open for this meeting.

VIA EMAIL:

 Emailed comments should be directed to eyearick@lititzborough.org.  All email comments MUST include your name and address, just as would be required if you were appearing in person. To ensure timely receipt for the meeting, comments MUST BE EMAILED NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM on Tuesday May 5, 2020. Your comments will be read into the record by the individual presiding over the meeting at the appropriate time.

VIA WRITTEN COMMENTS:

You may drop off your public comment in the mail box located at the Lititz Borough Hall, 7 S. Broad Street. Written comments MUST include your name and address, just as would be required if you were appearing in person. To ensure timely receipt for the meeting, written comments MUST BE DROPPED OFF NO LATER THAN 4:00 PM on Monday, May 5, 2020. Your comments will be read into the record by the individual presiding over the meeting at the appropriate time.
