Draft Open Burn Ordinance for Public Review

At the August 29 Council Meeting, Borough Council will review a proposed amendment to Chapter 38 of the Borough Code which regulates open burning in the Borough.  The purpose of this amendment is to more comprehensively regulate the various types of open burning.  A copy of the draft is included below for reference.  Please direct all questions to Elijah Yearick at eyearick@lititzborough.org.
