Updated Draft of Electric Vehicle Charging Ordinance

In response to public feedback at the March Planning Commission meeting, the proposed Zoning amendment regulating Electric Vehicle Charging Stations has been updated and will be discussed at the April 5, 2023 Planning Commission Meeting (7 PM, Borough Hall).

A copy of the updated draft is available below for review.  All interested parties are encouraged to attend.  Comments or questions may be sent to Elijah Yearick (eyearick@lititzborough.org) in advance of the meeting.
