Updated EV Charging Ordinance Available for Review

The draft Electric Vehicle Charging Ordinance has been updated based on previous public comment and has been recommended for adoption by the Borough Planning Commission.  Updates from the original draft are highlighted in yellow.

The ordinance will be considered by Borough Council during the meeting on May 30th.  All interested parties are invited to attend.
